In this role, you’ll manage a team of skilled laborers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll leverage your expertise in civil and structural engineering to oversee site activities, from foundation work to final inspections, using industry-standard tools like AutoCAD and BIM software. With a focus on safety and sustainability, you’ll implement best practices to ensure a secure and eco-friendly construction environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction of high-rise buildings, infrastructure, and commercial complexes in Bali.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled laborers, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental best practices.
• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring cost-efficient and timely completion.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and maintain open communication.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local and national building codes and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision for civil and structural projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Experience with high-rise and complex construction projects is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Bali.
