📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and execute research projects that address community needs and drive social impact.
• Conduct data collection and analysis using tools such as SPSS, Excel, and NVivo.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders, government agencies, and international partners to ensure research projects are aligned with community priorities.
• Prepare and present research findings to stakeholders, including policy makers, community leaders, and donors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to build a network of support for research initiatives.
• Participate in community engagement activities to raise awareness and gather insights on local issues.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of research projects to ensure they meet their intended outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest research trends and best practices in the field of community development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and data analysis, with a strong background in community development.
• Proven experience in designing and executing research projects that drive social impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Familiarity with research tools and software such as SPSS, Excel, and NVivo.
• Certification in community development or a related field is a plus.
