📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the efficient and accurate packing of tea products, ensuring all orders are prepared correctly and on time.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain and update inventory records using our in-house inventory management system.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with our high standards.
- Assist in the organization and storage of warehouse materials, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
- Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate the movement of goods within the warehouse and to external distribution centers.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations and processes.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support the team in maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse activities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using inventory management software such as SAP or similar systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and moving heavy boxes.
- Familiarity with tea packaging and handling procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive workplace.
