📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist patients with scheduling appointments and managing their medical records using Epic and Cerner.
• Provide information and guidance to patients and their families about medical procedures, treatments, and healthcare options.
• Support healthcare providers by preparing patients for medical procedures and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

• Assist with administrative tasks such as insurance verification and billing inquiries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a patient service or healthcare administrative role.
• Familiarity with Epic and Cerner electronic health record systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
