In this role, you'll be working closely with our Sales Manager to achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall growth of Yakult's presence in East Java. You'll be responsible for visiting retail outlets, supermarkets, and other distribution points to promote our products and ensure they are well-stocked. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers will be crucial in driving sales and maintaining a strong brand presence in the region.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, and other distribution points to promote Yakult products and ensure they are well-stocked.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Yakult's presence in East Java.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to customers and clients.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to the Sales Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the retail and distribution industry.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
