In this role, you will work closely with our field technicians, engineers, and customers to ensure that our equipment is always in optimal condition. You will also be responsible for managing warranty claims, coordinating repairs, and ensuring that our maintenance schedules are followed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the repair, maintenance, commissioning, and warranty processes for our construction equipment.
• Coordinate with field technicians, engineers, and customers to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of our equipment.
• Manage warranty claims and ensure that all repairs are completed within the warranty period.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity of our equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement in our product support and warranty processes.
• Provide technical support and training to field technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative solutions to common equipment issues.
• Ensure that all product support and warranty activities comply with industry standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction equipment industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment repair, maintenance, and commissioning processes.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with field technicians, engineers, and customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to common equipment issues.
• Certification in ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, or a related quality management system is a plus.
