📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Help with food presentation, ensuring dishes are served to the highest standards.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
• Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, supporting the kitchen staff in meeting service times.
• Learn and adapt to new recipes and culinary techniques.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
