📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for M&E, Interior Fit-Out, and A&A projects.
• Support senior surveyors in the preparation of measurement books and schedules.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare reports for cost control purposes.
• Assist in the preparation of variation orders and final accounts.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
• Participate in site meetings and provide input on cost-related matters.
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying.
• Provide administrative support to the surveying team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in M&E, Interior Fit-Out, or A&A).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with construction software such as Autodesk Revit, Tekla Structures, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
