• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to ensure customer needs are met.
• Promote Watsons' products and services to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of pharmacy products.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy products, including medications, supplements, and health and beauty products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills, including the use of point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer service goals.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
