As an Estimator (Procurement), you will be working closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into accurate cost estimates. You will also be responsible for managing the procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare accurate cost estimations for automation, electrical, and instrumentation products
- Manage the procurement process, including supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and order tracking
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into cost estimates
- Ensure timely delivery of goods by monitoring procurement schedules and coordinating with suppliers
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and expenses
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management on procurement activities and performance
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, estimation, or a related role in the industrial automation or electrical products industry
- Strong knowledge of procurement software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
