Our restaurants in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung offer a unique blend of local and international cuisine, creating a memorable dining experience for our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for taking and processing orders, ensuring a smooth flow of service, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. You will also interact with customers, providing them with a warm and friendly welcome. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including tables and waiting areas
• Assisting in the preparation of food and beverages, when necessary
• Handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Following health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic dining environment
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and high service standards
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-food or casual dining restaurant environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus
• Familiarity with using POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
