Rupa Aestetika Teknologi Aktual is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. You will work closely with our development teams to identify and resolve issues, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control processes and procedures,Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that products and services meet quality standards,Identify and resolve quality issues and defects in products and services,Work closely with development teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle,Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality standards are met across the organization,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and quality control,Provide training and support to other team members on quality assurance and quality control processes and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control,Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control processes and procedures,Experience with testing and quality assurance tools and software,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
