📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medications.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.,Monitor and maintain patient records, including vital signs and medical history.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Assist in the coordination of patient care with other healthcare professionals.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to maintain professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
