We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team as the Finance Lead for the BioSHIELD Program. This role is crucial in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record in managing complex financial operations. You will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the financial operations of the BioSHIELD Program, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide strategic financial advice to the program management team.,Collaborate with external auditors and financial institutions to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in managing complex financial operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus.
