Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

  • Providing excellent customer service and support.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of RLC/VRF systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
