📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Restock and organize products as needed.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Assist with inventory management and reporting.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems.,Friendly and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
