📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and leverage these relationships to identify potential candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
