📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead the sales team to meet daily sales targets.,Handle all cashiering duties, including processing transactions, handling customer complaints, and ensuring accurate financial records.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure restocking is done efficiently.,Assist in training and mentoring new sales and cashier staff.,Conduct regular sales reports and provide insights to improve sales strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and cashiering roles.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and local market.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
