📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and grievances to maintain a harmonious work environment.,Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.,Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Stay updated with industry best practices and trends to continuously enhance HR practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management systems and software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.,Proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives and improving employee satisfaction.,Familiarity with performance management and talent development strategies.
