📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting and analysis.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Conduct financial audits and internal controls to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support the company's financial planning.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management on accounting matters.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends, technologies, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other accounting standards.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis tools.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
