📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the restaurant.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.,Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service.,Manage inventory and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.,Handle financial reporting and budgeting for the restaurant.,Implement and maintain health and safety protocols.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
