Local Max Mandiri is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Banyumas, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our organization's success by managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new hires.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations, including addressing concerns and conflicts.,Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement and performance.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
