📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Administer and enforce company policies and procedures.,Facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR team in other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR generalist or administrative roles.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Bilingual (English and Indonesian) is a plus.
