In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support to our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and networks to ensure optimal performance and availability.,Provide technical support to staff, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.,Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security.,Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to protect critical data.,Install, configure, and update software and applications as needed.,Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.,Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.,Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.,Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).,Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
