Hokian Kirana Geprek is looking for a dynamic and experienced Captain to join our team in Bantul. This is an immediate opening and we are seeking a professional who can lead our kitchen operations with excellence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Lead and motivate the kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure availability of ingredients.,Train and develop new kitchen staff to uphold the restaurant's high standards.,Monitor food costs and prepare budget reports.,Address customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in menu development and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in a fast-food or restaurant setting.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience with inventory management and procurement.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
