You will need to be adept at using POS systems like Square or Toast, and comfortable with data analysis to track sales and performance. • Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management and staff scheduling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bar management, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in training and developing staff, as well as experience with POS systems like Square or Toast.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of beverage trends and the ability to develop and implement a dynamic menu.
• Experience in inventory management and cost control.
