📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including guest lists, seating arrangements, and event logistics.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure smooth execution of events.,Provide excellent customer service to event guests and vendors.,Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within approved limits.,Decorate and set up banquet venues according to event requirements.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during events.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area before, during, and after events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Banquet Staff, Event Assistant, or similar role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
