📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and present bancassurance solutions to high-value clients, focusing on their financial needs and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the bancassurance sector.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients on insurance products and services.
- Collaborate with the bancassurance team to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of bancassurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Certification in bancassurance or insurance sales is a plus.
