📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations.
  • Manage and mentor staff, ensuring high performance and morale.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the Branch Manager.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training and development programs for staff.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of branch events and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
